Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping, Returns and Refunds Policy.

SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

 

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

SHIPPING

Greens Custom Made uses a range of shipping partners depending on the most efficient method of getting your bag to you, including the Post Office and Collect Plus to ship all online orders. These options heavily depend on the size of the package and the location the package is being shipped to.

 

The following times  are a guide for domestic shipping only and are subject to change. Delivery time shown below are for addresses in mainland UK.

 

Shipping Times

We use the Post Office to ship smaller items and Collect Plus to ship larger items within the UK.

Typical postage times:

First class recorded (small accessories only) – 1-3 working days

Economy 3-5 working days

Standard 2-3 working days

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes.

Greens Custom Made ships to domestic addresses within the UK only.

We will not ship to PO Boxes.

Please contact us directly for all overseas orders.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Delays

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are out of our control, we cannot be held responsible. You will be issued with a tracking number on your shipping confirmation. Please contact the carrier service involved with your tracking number in the instance of delays.

 

Damages

While every care will be taken to deliver the goods safely, occasionally damage may occur.

You must advise us immediately by email at info@greenscustommade.com if any damage has occurred during shipping. Please take clear photographs of the damage to both the packaging and the contents as these will be required for your claim. The damaged parcel and contents must be also returned to us in line with our returns policy below before any claim can be considered.

 

Risk of loss

All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Greens Custom Made. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when Greens Custom Made delivers these items to the carrier.

Customs & Duty Charges

Greens Custom Made is not responsible for any customs, taxes or duties associated or applied to your order.

 

RETURNS

We accept returns and exchanges if the product is returned to us in unused, original, perfect condition with 7 days of purchase.

We do not cover the cost of return shipping, unless you find the product to be faulty or incorrect.

 

If you wish to return items, you must inform us by email.

 

The return package, including written details of the reason for return, must be sent to the following address:

REFUNDS
If you return items within the period mentioned above and in accordance with the terms of our Returns Policy, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of receiving the returned items. In this case, we will refund the price of the product in full, excluding a refund of the original delivery charges charged to you. You will be responsible for returning the item to us in its original condition and all postal costs or other costs incurred when returning the product(s).

 

Refunds of faulty, defective or incorrect products

If you return the product because you are claiming that it is faulty or defective we will examine the returned product and will notify you of our findings and confirm whether you are entitled to a refund on the grounds that the product was defective. Defective products returned by you will be refunded in full, including a refund of the original delivery charges charged to you and the postal cost incurred by you in returning the item to us provided that a receipt for or evidence of such costs is provided.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We regret we currently do not ship outside the U.K.

However if you are desperate for one of our lovely bags and live outside of the UK please contact us directly and we will discuss any private delivery / pick up options which may be available with you.

 

As above Greens Custom Made is not responsible for any customs, taxes or duties associated or applied to your order.

 

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed via of website in accordance with our terms of Service which can be viewed here.

 

In the event that we do agree a private delivery service to overseas clients please be aware that we will NOT accept exchanges or offer refunds from any orders sent overseas.
